How to reach us

info@ootheday.com

One address for everything. It reaches a person, not a ticket queue.

What to include

Two sentences of detail save a week of going back and forth.

  1. The question first. We read the first two lines properly and skim the rest, which is honest rather than rude.
  2. The page address, if there is one. Describing an article is much slower than pasting its link.
  3. What you saw and what you expected. Those two together solve most of what arrives in the inbox.

Where we have to say no

We cannot recover an account for you, act as a go between with a third party service, or give advice tailored to your personal circumstances. Ootheday publishes general information about everyday style and outfit planning, and the legal notice explains where that line sits.

Working with us

Same inbox, and the word partnership in the subject helps it get found. Read what the editorial policy says about paid links before writing, because the answer is usually already there.

How long a reply takes

We reply by email only, usually inside two working days. There is no phone number, and that is deliberate rather than an oversight.

If we got it wrong

Quote the line you think is wrong and say what it should say instead. That is enough. The editorial policy sets out what happens next, including when a correction gets a visible note.
